All orders placed by 5:00pm EST, Monday thru Friday, can ship the same day using United Parcel Service. Airfreight orders placed by 8:00pm EST can ship same day (based on stock availability in our Montebello, CA warehouse).
Emergency orders will be ready within one hour.

Lock in your price, lock in your inventory. With the premier Stock & Release service, Kanebridge will warehouse your items for as long as a year and can be released on dates you pre-determine or as needed.

• Free Certifications
Chemical and Physical certifications are available on all thru-hardended parts and all items made to military specifications, at no charge.

• Drop - Ship & Custom Labeling Services
We can ship your order directly to your customer with a packing list and shipping label that show you as the vendor. Streamline your receiving operations by letting Kanebridge affix custom labels to each box you order. These labels can include any information you need such as your part number, a description of the part, lot number, and country of origin in alphanumeric and bar code formats.

• Privacy
We sell to distributors only. We will never contact your customer directly. Take advantage of our drop-ship service, price guarantees and more, knowing we'll never sell to your customers directly.

• Reference Guide
Fastener specifications are available in the Kanebridge Fastener Reference Guide--4th edition.
This 400-page hard-cover reference volume includes most fasteners sold by Kanebridge plus many units we don't carry. The Reference Guide includes a 60-page Metrics section and is available for $69.95. The Reference Guide may also be accessed online by customers with a PIN-code through a subscription service.

Payment & Return Policy

Payment Policy
Kanebridge accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express on new or existing balances.

No Fault Return Policy
We will accept returns of full carton quanities for any reason unless past 90 days.
Please contact us for a return authorization form that must be accompanied with all returns.
Original boxes and separations of lots are requested and preferred.

Restocking Charge:
Within 30 days: None
After 30 days: 20%

**Thru-hardened or military grade fasteners will not be accepted unless returned in the original box(es).
